Shipping Policy– Noir Perfume

At Noir Perfume, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided.

 

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

• Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days

 

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $15.00 flat rate

• Free Shipping: Available on orders of 2 or more items (Australia only)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within Australia.

• Due to the nature of our products (perfume), we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

• All fragrances are shipped in compliance with Australia Post’s Dangerous Goods regulations.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Noir Perfume is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
