No Change of Mind Returns:
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer wish to keep the item.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To lodge a claim:
Contact us at support@noirperfume.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or fault
Please note: We may require the item to be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must: Be in its original packaging,
be unused and unaltered & be reported within the specified timeframe.
